OpenSky includes peer-reviewed journal articles, technical reports, conference posters and presentations, and other scholarly works. Items must have at least one author who was employed at NCAR/UCAR/UCP at the time of research or publication, and published items should have a formal publication date. OpenSky may include preprints, but does not include "Early View" articles.
UCAR policy supports Open Access, and requires acknowledgment of NSF base funding:
